When I received the letter you sent to me today, I read it immediately. As I am reading the letter,I've come to my mind that I'm very willing to come as your guest speaker but I have a very important appointment on the very the same day.
Though I am willing to come, I can't come on that day due to the reason that we are having a meeting together with the owners of other company at 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
