We receive your complaint letter yesterday. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. The management has decided to grant your request to take change of any expenses needed as an apology to what happened. We are going to deliver the replacement tommorow, 31 July 2008.
In the voltmeter of your multimeter, the problem is, there was a short circuit inside due to the wrong connection of solders.
